  • Booking Confirmation (Digital Delivery): Upon successful completion of payment, the USER will receive an automatic confirmation email within a maximum of 24 hours. This document constitutes the official proof of service delivery and contains activity details, meeting point, and the reservation code.
  • Service Execution: The physical delivery and enjoyment of the service take place on the scheduled date and time of the tour, by presenting the voucher to the corresponding operator in the Dominican Republic.
  • Nature of Service: The USER acknowledges that our role is mediation to facilitate reservations for activities operated by third parties. Therefore, we guarantee reservation management, while technical execution is the responsibility of the final operator.

2. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE OR RECEIVE A REFUND?

If you wish to make a change or request a refund, you must contact us at least 32 hours prior to the scheduled activity.

To process your request, we require purchase details and the reason for cancellation. Please email us at info@elpatrontour.com with your name and order number (e.g., “#1234”). We will respond within 24 to 48 business hours.

REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Once the request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days.

SPECIAL CANCELLATIONS

Customers may also request a return or cancellation due to:

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized purchases.
  • Discrepancies between the amount charged and the price displayed on the website.
  • Duplicate charges (notification required within 5 business days after the charge).

3. DATA PROTECTION AND PORTAL USE

TERMS OF USE

The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. If registration is required, the USER is responsible for providing truthful and lawful information.
